The Haunted Frightened Trees is a line from a Bob Dylan song and it conjures up images of barren trees bereft of their leaves, dead sun bleached tree trucks, or mighty, cathedral like giants in a deep, dark forest.

The line has stayed with me ever since I first heard it as a teenager and it's became an ongoing obsession of mine to photograph Haunted Frightened Trees over the years. Here's my latest addition to my obsession.
