I predict...

A few months ago I bought myself a crystal ball. Not to predict next week's lottery numbers (it doesn't work, I have tried), but instead to use in my photography. The crystal ball works just like a wide angle lens, inverts the image, and can add an interesting perspective to your landscape or street photography (or any other type of photography for that matter).

Despite having this crystal ball for a while now, this last week is the first time I've tried it, and I'm really pleased with the results. I find the best results are when I use an f4 aperture (to through the background out of focus) and to compose the shot in the ball, usually getting down low. Some of these images I've inverted in processing, others I've left as they were taken.

I predict I'll be using it more...
